Changes to how you’ll receive your Autobox orders
There have now been some changes as to how you may receive your Autobox orders depending on the freight carrier used. Some carriers have changed the way they deliver consignments to minimise the risk of catching and spreading COVID-19. This includes no longer requiring a Signature on Delivery.
Please note that there have been some changes to the way Australia Post is handling deliveries that may have an impact on your receipt of goods:
- Australia Post no longer requires a Signature on Delivery for a parcel delivery or collection. Whether at a Post Office or residence, an Australia Post staff member will ask for and record the customer’s name and sign on their behalf - this will pass as an accepted POD (Proof of Delivery)
