We understand that sometimes an item may not turn out to be exactly what you needed. If you are not happy with this product, simply return it to us in its original condition and packaging within 30 days. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% on returned items
We like to keep our customers happy so if you have any concerns please contact us as soon as possible.
Returns need to include the invoice, and a brief note explaining return. We recommend returning with tracking to avoid loss of item. Returned items must include the box it came in and in re-saleable condition.
From time to time unfortunately items do get lost and damaged in transit, please do not blame us for this, we do not control the actions of Australia Post or the courier drivers, but instead please contact us so we can try to assist in resolving the problem with the freight company.
